Go-Go

It is so very hard to say goodbye. GoGo was ready for goodbye. She fought her fight with cancer bravely but she had no fight left. She has been the spark of our day so many times. Our friend, companion, playmate, defender, comforter, and so much more. She has touched so many people with her fun loving personality and love. Our lives are better because we were blessed to have her in our family. Forever in our heart with love.

Miss Lucky May

Fourteen years ago, I was doing work at our local humane society. While there, an injured kitten was brought to me. She couldn't use one of her front legs. One glance into her eyes and that was it for me  She perched herself on my shoulder for the ride back to Colegate Woods Veterinary Hospital. Everyone at the office fell in love with her very quickly. Her leg soon returned to normal. She lived with us for 14 years - almost from the very beginning! This past year brought declining health for Miss May. One morning last week her health issues became too much to handle and she passed to the rainbow bridge . Miss May always wanted us to know that she was there for us. Oftentimes when we were busy with our work we would feel a soft paw patting our arm, back, or even face. Then she would catch you with her eyes and you could loose yourself in her offer of friendship and love. This is what I will greatly miss. Miss May also had a thing for men . Whenever my husband, son, or certain salesmen would visit she would appear by their side very quickly! Miss May will leave a huge void in our hearts and daily lives. Rest easy Miss Lucky May.
